SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is totally different from processing days ( please look below for processing time info). Once your order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48hrs for the post office to update the tracking history within business days. Sometimes they are backed up and haven't scanned your package yet. However, once we ship it the tracking is out of our hands. We are looking in to offering different carrier options which pricing will more than likely be higher due to the post office being the cheapest option. We understand shipping can be stressful but please be patient everything is worth the wait ;). 

 

**Processing Time: 6-11 Business Days which does not include Saturday and Sunday. I am a one woman team with a full time12hr shift overnight job at a hospital. Just asking you to be mindful of that. I promise I try to get your orders out as fast as I possibly can. 

^^Local Pickup: Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to process. After your order has processed you will receive an email confirming your pickup with instructions. Please read and follow them carefully I will not be at the pickup spot. More than likely I will not be available to meet with you either. If you order has not been pickup up a week from the email confirmation then the order will no longer be available to be picked up without a $5 fee accessed. Please be mindful of everyone's time when not being available to pickup. I am excited to be reoffering this to you all. Maybe in the future we can setup local delivery as well. 

 

**Key factors with shipping: During the summer time moisturizers should be 1-2 day shipping only. They are made with butters and sometimes will melt quick. Especially, since we are located in Dallas, Texas. If it is melted entirely just take a plastic spoon swirl it around, stick it in the refrigerator, and take it out after a full day. It should be as good as new.
